Saraswati ERP+ :- This Module contains Dashboard, Auto-backup, Document Attachment, Address Book, Godown Security, Auto Email of PDF Invoice & Export of Invoice, Auto Email Outstanding, Ledger Master & Item Master Alteration History, Voucher Alteration History, Voucher Approval, Negative Stock Control, Negative Cash Control, Credit Days & Credit Limit Control, Delete /Cancel Control, Recycle bin 

Auto Backup:- Auto Backup Module is a powerful backup tool for Tally ERP & Tally Prime. This tool is very easy to set up and auto runs in the system background. It can back up your data without hampering the working of the user.

            Mailing Solution :-This Module facilitates users to automatically Email PDF Invoice with signature to Customer & Sales Manager.         

Voucher Approval ( Level 1 & 2)  :-With this Module an administrator will get the rights to approve the entries done by users. The approved entries will only take effect in books of accounts. The unapproved vouchers will not take effect. Also, an administrator can assign different types of vouchers to different approval authorities with specific approval limits.

Security Module( Advance Module):

Group wise Security:- With this Module admin can control such that the User can View or Enter Transaction of Specific Ledger Group Only. Admin can choose to allow Certain Groups only or can choose to disallow certain Group from Total Groups as per the requirement. Users will be able to access Ledger Report and Enter Transaction only of the given Ledgers only.

Ledger Wise Security:- Admin can control such that the User can View or Enter Transaction of Specific Ledger Only. Admin can choose to allow Certain Ledger only or can choose to disallow certain Ledger from Total Ledger as per the requirement. Users will be able to access Ledger Report and Enter Transaction only of the given Ledgers only

 Barcode Print :- This Module facilitates the user to Print Labels with Item Name, MRP, Item Code, Barcode as per Quantity Entered in Purchase Voucher. This module also helps to print labels at specific stickers. 

Delete /Cancel Control Recycle bin : With this Module, deleted transactions are moved to a Recycle Bin within Tally.ERP 9. You can Restore these or permanently delete the transactions from here

Excel Import of Sales and Receipts:- This add-on will facilitate users to Import Sales and Receipt Vouchers  from Excel to Tally. This is very useful when a user is migrating from other software to tally. It is also very useful for the e-commerce sector

Negative Stock Control:- This Module will not allow users to pass the voucher with Negative Stock. This will control Vouchers like Sales, Stock Transfer, Delivery Note, and Mfg. Journal. By Default Tally warns on Negative Stock, but allows the Voucher Entry.

Document Attachment:- This Module enables you to attach the relevant documents at transaction level   in Tally. The documents can be viewed at the Report Level also.

Ledger & Item Master Alteration History: This Module can track modification of master along with Username, Date & Time of creation\alteration, and even modified contents will be tracked. In every instance of master alteration, users will be forced to enter the valid reasons, and these details will be displayed in the corresponding report.

Address Book:- This module facilitates users to maintain Address Book within Tally for respective Masters.

Credit Days & Credit Limit Control:-This Module does not allow the user to enter another sales entry for the same customer if the credit days are due.This Module does not allow the user to enter another sales entry for the same customer if the credit limit is exceeded.

Negative Cash Control:-This module gives the option of stopping the Cash Voucher Entry, if the Cash Balance is negative.By Default Tally warns on Negative Cash Balance but allows the Voucher Entry.

Group Company Ledger Account:- This Module will help a group company for tracking the Ledger Account transaction  in a Single Screen. You can see & manage  all company's transactions at a single point.

Group Company Day Book:- This Module will help a group company for tracking their daily basis transaction in a Single Screen. You can see & manage  all company's transactions at a single point.
